the rear bumper doesn't match the side skirts at all, and he either needs to remove the fascia and clean up behind that thing, or put a grill on it...or do both =) I'm usually not picky with other people's cars, and I don't mean to be an ass about it, but that one looks like it has a lot of money in it, so a few little details will really make it looks awesome.
